No. Physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage therapy are direct-access in Alberta. Some insurers want a referral on file before they reimburse, so check your plan.
Availability changes daily, so call and ask. If it is urgent, say so when you call.
Yes. We can tell you which insurers we direct bill and what we need from you. Your remaining balance and annual maximum come from your insurer, not from us.
Call as early as you can so the appointment can go to someone else. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee.
