Physiotherapy is a direct access primary health care profession. Our Physiotherapists at Central Physiotherapy & Massage combine in-depth knowledge of how the body works with specialized hands-on clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat symptoms of illness, injury, or disability.
With your independence in mind, our physiotherapist’s goal is to restore, maintain and maximize your strength, function, and movement leading to your overall wellbeing. All of our Physiotherapists have completed a master’s degree in physiotherapy and are registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.

Chiropractic is an evidence-based, non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Chiropractors practice primarily using their hands, providing diagnosis, treatment and preventive care for disorders related to the spine, joints, and muscles of the body.
Dry needling is a form of acupuncture treatment that is most often used to treat muscular and myofascial pain.
During treatments, an acupuncture needle is inserted through the skin and underlying muscular tissue to release a “trigger point”, or taught band of tissue which is often sensitive and irritable to touch and can cause significant pain and discomfort.
