Dr. Robert Weeks

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C)

Growing up in the small Alberta town of Redwater, chiropractic care always played an influential role in Dr. Weeks’ health and wellbeing. Whether it was maintenance check-ups for sports or aiding in injury recovery, chiropractic care contributed greatly to Dr. Weeks's very active youth.

As an active young athlete, he played hockey, volleyball, badminton, and competed in track, plus he worked in roles as diverse as officiating hockey, 4-H and volunteering with the local fire department. To maintain his high level of activity Dr. Weeks relied on the benefits of regular chiropractic care.

Through his community involvement and sports groups Dr. Weeks discovered that he also had a passion for the health and wellbeing of others. With the goal to turn this passion into a career, he decided to pursue a career in chiropractic so that he could give back to the profession that helped him so much on a personal level.

In 2014 he started study towards a Kinesiology degree at the University of Alberta. After 3 years at U of A he was accepted into the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in Auckland where he spent the next 4 years completing the requirements to graduate in 2021 with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Since then, Dr. Weeks has been licensed with College of Chiropractors of Alberta (CCOA) and been practising in Alberta.

Dr. Weeks is committed to ensuring that all patients achieve their optimum level of health and performance. Dr. Weeks enjoys working with all patients from children to adults to seniors. He works with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan tailored to their needs.

No matter who you are, Dr. Weeks strives to get you out of pain and keep you moving so you can continue to do what you love.

Erika Wilcox

Psychologist In camrose

Registered Provisional Psychologist

Erika Wilcox holds a Master’s degree from Yorkville University. She is a Registered Provisional Psychologist. Erika has over five years of experience in clinical counselling. She uses a variety of treatment modalities that are chosen based on the client’s needs including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Therapy. Her work in a hospital out-patient clinic gave her experience in working with those suffering from anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorders and psychosis.

It is often difficult to seek help for one’s internal struggles, and that is why it is so important for Erika to create a comfortable, safe, and non-judgmental environment where people can share their story. She believes that each and every client is unique, and therefore, every client requires a plan that is tailored to them.

Erika also values the importance of early life experience shaping our view of the world and our place in it. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, relationship issues and grief. Her approach is based on the biopsychosocial model that encompasses multiple factors in human development. She also works with children and youth ages 8 and up that are experiencing anxiety, depression, or behavioral issues in an age appropriate way.

She always seeks to give her clients understanding and compassion so they can freely explore who they are in a meaningful way, further encouraging their growth as human beings. I am currently accepting children (ages 8+) and adults.
